I was initially stopped during my trial run because "prompt for passord was aborted" message. I now have the password but cannot get to the applicable prompt, it contiues to state: "prompt for passord was aborted"
It is a message from Lotus Notes itself. Lotus Notes generates the prompt. Normally if you restart the EddieExport application that is enough but if not you should also shutdown the Lotus Notes client and any other Lotus Notes based applications including EddieExport (also applies to our other products). Then when you restart EddieExport you should be prompted again.
