Today I exported successfully all mails from my Lotus Notes 8.5 account. After import in outlook I found out that the contacts and calendar data are missing. Probably I was exporting the wrong file or I only selected the mailbox file. Do I have to buy a new license when I would like to export the contacts and calendar data from the same mailbox? If no – how I can start the export? Actually I get the error message by activating that the license was already used.

Contacts are usually in the address book. The history log will show what was exported. Did you check that?

Is your version of Outlook is in a different language? If so you need to change the default names [See 'Modify Folder Names' button in the components screen or settings.ini from Options – Modify Settings.ini File].
