Because the format of the data is completely different in version 2 (ExportWiz was completely rewritten from scratch) it is mainly a manual process. You can copy over excel templates but the reports definition with the forms and fields need to be set-up manually.
To copy the excel templates you can go to the template view in the database by choosing the top "View" menu "Go to.." and then choosing Templates. From here you can select all the templates and then choose "edit" - "copy" copy to copy the templates in to the new database. Then go to the new database and choose "View" menu "Go to.." and then choose Templates and then choose "Edit" - Paste.
