We generally respond within 10 hours or less during business days not including local public holidays or special company conference days. Optional extended support / maintenance can also be purchased for most products.
Fastest support is usually via online support ticket or email as staff will often attend online out of hours or while otherwise unable to answer calls. Customers may also receive premium level support when they purchase maintenance on selected products. Also as a pre-arranged service, we can arrange special on call support to help you through critical periods.
