Lotus Notes to Outlook Conversion with EddieExport
We have a tool that does this called EddieExport - see Products Menu EddieExport. It will export all text, attachments, folders and subfolders to Outlook (preserve the same folder structure).

With ExportWiz or ExportWiz lite (FREE) you can export to delimited text and then import into Outlook. You will not however be able to export attachments.
